For the Coney Island - 179th Street, I was wondering if there was going to be a version where it stops on all the stops after Forest Hills?  Or will it just be kept on the express?

that would be release later on, btw no later then June or July 2011 with everything corrected

It's just an object, just like the R160 objects. However, if I'm mistaken, it will become the exterior/interior for the R44 and R46 trains (in development).

I'll help with that.Me & a friend of mines noticed some incorrect & missing things.So in about a week we are going to get that data for you so we will have more accurate real feel route that what it is.If u need anything let me know.
