I think it counts as restored, because its running the same way it used to

Almost. It's running from Mott Av to Beach 90st.

The H will be there till the bridge between the mainland and queens is 100% repaired. Once the Bridge is repaired, the H will be no more.

The S That Runs From Broad Channnel to Beach 116st Was The H Line Basically, Its All Up There
