« on: August 21, 2015, 01:56:05 pm »
Hi,

If I have a SketchUp model of a train, how do I convert it into a train file OpenBVE can run?

Thanks,

Hello There. Im here to help! If you search on Google
(Or as my mom say googly) 3ds to csv converter you will find a topic here on the BVEStation Forums. Now in order for the Train to Appear the Right size and the Right model you need to make it small enough for it to work. (Object Viewer Recommended)And alsomake the model a .b3d file (comes with converter) you will have to replace it with a .b3d file or model that is the same size as the train.

Just know that the train would provide low FPS Counts because Sketchup can adds many faces. Especially if the train has a large file size and is entirely made in sketchup
