Grant column got its finishing touch done. Old on the left, new and final on the right.

New Years Update of the A Shuttle! Underground section is making progress, walls and columns are placed. Signs and staircases and minor detailing are left for the underground, while the elevated is basically finished besides the switches to be completed at Rockaway Blvd (that's an organized mess lol). Enjoy the photos!

Asking people to make projects is not the best solution. Most times, you will need to learn how to develop for BVE and create the line yourself. Also, if you learn how to develop, you can all different kinds of projects you want/choose.

Learn to develop, as there is a small to 0 chance anyone is going to make the route for you.

The staircases got some more work, but instead of having more pictures, here is the video to show them! Everything here is a Work In Progress (WIP), so there will be errors. Enjoy the video, and subscribe to my channel to get future updates of the Uptown A!!

Preview of the new staircase for the A line. Texture taken by me, modded and coded for BVE by another developer. Platform signs are all done by me. Video preview of 111th and 104th coming soon!!

BVE/OpenBVE Support / Re: OpenBVE locked at 40fps

I still don't know. I remember when I played around with 3D settings with OpenBVE via the Nvidia control panel, but I messed up a little and had 20fps on the R30 so I removed OpenBVE from the custom graphic 3D settings and set it back to basic high performance settings and the game got back to normal (still 40fps), I might try again messing with graphic settings. The second thing I thought about would be upgrading to 1.5.2 version hoping to get more framerates but I'm not sure because I already heard that people have issues with it so I might stay with because it's working good unlike the previous 1.5.1 versions

Reinstall the latest graphics driver (or download the latest one if you haven't yet) to clear any settings that might be the issue. I am currently running OpenBVE version right now with no issues, 60 fps max. I don't know if the latest ( will cause any issues with gameplay.

BVE/OpenBVE Support / Re: openBVE Mac OS X support

I don't use Macs, and don't know much about them, but you can update to the latest version ( and see if you still have the issue. Also, you can head over to the Discussion page for OpenBVE and ask about your issue there. It would also be helpful to state the version number of OpenBVE to help others to know if they have the same issue as you.

That's strange and weird issue. My PC runs OpenBVE at 60 fps, and depending on the detail train, exterior will be fairly good too, ranging from 60 (low detail) to 30 (the 68 that was recently released). I wonder if your issue has to be with the 3D settings of the Nvidia Graphics card, as i have the same 950m card but with 2 GB.

Working on the 6th Ave Stations! 34th , 42nd , 50th and 57th Streets are nearly done! Just need to remove the escalator at 34th and add new station signs on 34th and 42nd Streets;

It is amazing seeing the change in how stations look from past to the current look they have. It it is even better now as everyone can understand the history of the system through your routes. Truly amazing work here!!!

Nice work man! Looking forward to it!

The back to school update:  :o

So most of the critical skeleton work has been done, and it is time to do heavy detailing of stations, from signs to benches and staircases. The Rockaways-bound tracks have been the most difficult, as it is a bunch of trial and error just to make sure it lines up properly, but it had to be done. Anyways, enough talk, here are the screenshots of the Rockaway Blvd area and associated switches:

Content Development / Re: More Support for openBVE on Mac?

So maybe Dj Hammers or someone else that maintains the openBVE software for Mac?

Dj Hammers and most of the people on this site develop FOR OpenBVE. There might be a developer here who develops OpenBVE, but I don't know who. You can search around on the OpenBVE site and see if there is a link to contact the developers of OpenBVE for inquires into implementing features.

I don't know if anyone has them, except a select few. If you have the time, it would probably be best if you go a record them yourself.

There was somewhere you can contact developers for this, but I can't find it right now. Either way, you would have to contact the developers to include support for such features.

The routes look really awesome. Take your time and have fun while developing them  8) 8) You can also create a MediaFire account, upload them there, post the link for the files here. Many developers share their files via MediaFire these days.
