BVE/OpenBVE Support / SMEE trains error on openbve

Hi, whenever I try to run a route with a SMEE train such as the R32 or R46 I get an error that says:
The train plugin os_Ats1.dll caused a critical error in the route and train loader. Unable to load DLL 'AtsPluginProxy.dll'. The specified module could not be found. (Exception form HRESULT 0x8007007E)
I never get this error for a NTT train. Can someone please tell me what is wrong and how to fix the issue? Thanks!
