EMD F7s

Some good looking F7s for OpenBVE in the works, in several paint schemes, by Gaspar at
http://wwwlocomotivaopenbve.blogspot.com/
These would be ideal pulling zephyr streamliners over the desert route.

Time for me to start tacking random railcars to those trains and throwing up videos of their operations lol. IIRC, when I tried these trains a while back, I didn't like them bc you actually had to start the prime mover before being able to get underway, and they didn't come with too many instructions lol. But I was too lazy to modify them. I guess I can have the first trainsets done by the end of the weekend haha.

EDIT: with the F9s though, since the F7s are community only at the moment.

Considering the age of these locomotives, prototype videos are hard to come by, so here's a a couple of model videos.

Hey guys, I finally got around to playing with the new releases, and I'm quite happy with what turned out:
OpenBVE EXCLUSIVE: Showcasing EMD F7s Hauling 14 Car Railjet Cars
Other versions that I am coding for as of this upload are 2 freight versions at 55 and 65 mph, and other passenger versions at 71, 83, 89, and 95 mph. This one is geared for 102 mph max speed and can be downloaded here: http://www.mediafire.com/?de9udd557eyn8ja

@Fan Railer
Excellent sounds and video!  The "Mars" headlight is interesting.
Those Euro rail jet coaches are a bit out of place with an American classic F7.  On second thought, if it "rows your boat", go for it!
Need some California Zephyr dome cars to make this D&RGW F7 really sweet.  Hint, Hint.

I would if the longer consist didn't lag the game so much. The other versions are gonna be shorter, so I can use the higher quality cars and dome cars with them.

Yea me too, the exterior slows to <30fps on my machine with almost any train longer than 10 cars.
You've got some CZ dome cars?

I believe they are KCSM domes IIRC.
