the Middle Track is where the A is going downtown and the Uptown is the A,C
Well not really. The track on the Far Right is Queens bound (E) as well as the 2nd track 2 the right is (E) Uptown since that is the terminal side.
The track to the far left is Brooklyn bound (A),(C) service. And the track 2nd to the left is uptown (A),(C) service.
So the right platforms are the (E) train terminal and the left platform is the (A),(C) side.
Oh my bad i was thinking of Canal

Well, the middle track going uptown between Canal and WTC, the middle track would be the downtown A & C. The middle track that goes underground next to the left is the Downtown E line, which that is the reason why the C would switch to the middle left track (because the Downtown E is the far left just after Canal). If it was the middle track between the A & C lines, I would assume that would be just layup track.

New York City Transit BVE routes do not have BETAs. They're under development until they're officially released.
