BVE/OpenBVE Support / Running into another train

Well yesterday while driving a R68 D Train on OpenBVE, I Get red signals and next thing I know, its another D Train. Is it actually possible for this to happen (Even though its not OpenBVE Multiplayer)?

Here's a New York City Subway Video I did of the R68 D Train but instead of doing my usual, I did a different approach. This Video is a documentary of the D Train ride via the IND Concourse Line. This video shows history of the IND Concourse Line Stations as well as fun facts and special credits at the end. The D Train is a interested route at certain locations/area's.
