Title: Can someone help me here?

No one seems to answer these question? I haven't played or downloaded this game yet. I wanted to know if you can make up your own system (own stations, own routes, make up locations and colors of the routes, etc) ??? Is that possible or is it only based on the real world NYCT stations and routes?

Beyond what is already written for BVE/openBVE,
the possible routes and trains are limited by only your imagination and ambition.
Building quality addons is not quick or easy, but can be done if you be willing to put in time and hard thought and work.
You should look through the routes and trains already available, before you decide if and what you would like to work on.
