I run a 6700HQ at 3.5 GhZ with a GTX1070 and I hit the same as you do lol. Just the way the game is optimized I guess.

Great work on the 142. Hopefully this is the start of more releases the rest of this year.
Well, with the anti-alliasing completely disabled from the Nvidia 3d display settings I get 150-200fps in the game. But anyways, let's not complain about the framerates that much. The reason why I get low fps with the R142A is not because the train itself actually it's because the 6 route is very detailed around Pelham Bay Park that's why, so yeah. But that's a very well done train, just the storm door is huge on the front but it's still WIP anyways. Hopefully the front will be fixed.

UPDATE 9/28/2017

As it was brought to my attention this evening. It seems that the R142 & R142As aren’t exactly compatible with the new OpenBve 1.5.1 and 1.5.2 version as sign are acting very strange. I have a feeling it has to do alot with the OS ATS File but as we are completely unaware for an immediate fix for it. These trains were tested and built around 1.5.0 and we apologize as I unaware of the update myself. We will being working on a patch ASAP

Yes, only flaw I see in the train. Other than that and the awaited openBVE fix, great train!

The train is FANTASIC, but my only recommendation is that it doesn’t fit the platform. I made my own 7 line from scratch with 175m platforms, but the train (I changed it to 11 cars) doesn’t fit by like a meter or so. As opposed to the SMEE fleet, which usually measures under 175m. Any way to fix?

This train runs much better then the 68 .  I get 16 on the r68 and 20 maybe 22 on the r142as as for frane rates for you it might be another issue
The only fix I found is updating  to 1.5.2.1 Openbve version and it is good now with 30fps, but I'm frustrated with the Train incompatible with that version

OpenBVE 1.5.2.2 adds support for the OBJ file format, can this be used eventually?

Any questions, concerns, or criticism about the R142 can be placed in this forum, pm, or Facebook pm.  Also note that out of all the names mentioned in the credits only three of them had this train model prior to its release and only two people (Michael & myself) worked on this train. Any pictures posted of an R142 prior to this R142's release were not apart of this model. Majority are from the R142A model being retextured. Credit was given to those who either lended textures, sounds, and/or ideas.

First of all, It's an awesome train and worth the wait. Any patient soul can see just how much detail was put into this. On a side note, the between car double doors are the wrong type (they look reused from the R142A, they should be the kind on the 142 with the smooth glass frame). Also the run sounds are a little slow and the cab looks reused, but other than that you guys totally nailed it!

Awesome work on the R142 man, the amount of detail being added to newly released content is mind boggling. And to think I used to think it couldn't get any better back in the days of the old legacy routes.

Also, would anyone mind reuploading the R142A? The links posted a few months ago are dead.
