The files needed are

dx8vb.dll
dx7vb.dll
d3drm.dll

And on a 32 bit system, the files are placed in SYSTEM32 the commands needed to be typed out in command prompt under ADMINISTRATIVE PRIVLEGES are

cd c:\windows\system32
regsvr32 dx8vb.dll <enter>
regsvr32 dx7vb.dll <enter>

on a 64 bit system, the files are to be moved to the SYSWOW64 and the in command prompt under admistrative privleges are

cd c:\windows\syswow64
regsvr32 dx8vb.dll <enter>
regsvr32 dx7vb.dll <enter>

It's not supposed to say that after everything is done correctly. Are you sure everything was done properly?

You could go on BVEStation Teamspeak, and get a program called Teamviewer so that I could remotely control your computer from mine, and I will try to fix the issue myself. This is basically how I help bve whenever he needs help.
