Rat wakes up Homeless man

 apparently the ny subway has it's first sight of rat dirtyness they need to clean up better

No, People need to stop littering and then there wouldn't be as big of a problem

Actually if you take a gander at 34th Street / 6th Avenue station the rats are common there. There is a lot of litter. They are also smart. When a train is coming and there is no way for them to escape they jump on the platforms until the trains pass and then jump back down.
