Nice work, man. I have one improvement you could do, the head and tail lights. Instead of filling in a circle with red or yellow, why don't you make it more realistic?

I wouldn't recommend using an image editing software to create the rust, I'd say take a picture of a rusty gate and use it as a photorealistic texture instead. And yes, the head and tail lights could use a bit of work too, try making the illuminated lights photorealistic too.
