Open BVE "encounters a problem"

When ever I select a train and station and select "Start" Open BVE crashes and encounters an error. I have been through the normal trouble shooting, comparability etc but does anyone have any advice as this has worked before and now it doesn't

I am running Wndows 7 64 bit.

I think you might be missing a dependency. Go here to check that you have all the dependencies: http://www.openbve.org/Download
- The SDL dependencies already come included with the installer for windows.
- Mono is for apple systems such as Linux and Ubuntu.
- You will need OpenAL and .Net 4

What kind of error specifically?  Can you take a picture and post it here?

It says that BVE encountered a porblem and it needs to close whenever I click start new game. I have cheacked the dependencies and there is no problem however I will check the Oper AL though I think I already have it. Thanks for the help.
