My test route going updated
« on: January 30, 2014, 12:38:22 pm »
Hello. It's a little bit long time ago I put here a few screenshots from a piece of my "NYCTA" test route to make a tribute to Redbirds. Now I want to make some updates so I found a picture on Coucourse Yard maintenance bulding and use it for "my BVE maintenance house" for NYCTA cars.  :) Look how nice looks R16 at this building:

Also R46 could be there too:

This is the view from R46's cab:

It's great too see (from inside of R16) that McDonald's and various houses are close (I used several objects from various routes):

This is only one and final station. There three trains met at once:

A new part of the town is growing up beside the test route:

Manhattan is so close:

Afternoon quiet before test ride:

Clear to go out!

I need to make more updates, another buildings, switches, boxes etc. First version will end at the first station. I'm not sure if I will continue. It's a pure fiction but I would like to test trains for Virtual Depot on my website on this route. No more "few rails on a green meadow" :-)

Very nice work! I've been using the FIRR route as a test track but this would be a great route to use!
