I have to post these pics haha:

190 St: Fixed the exit to Fort Tryon Park sign (I put Fort TYRON before), and put an exit only Iron Maiden replacing the slamgate.

181 St: Made a new mezzanine:

175 St: Nothing special, just 3d stairways and new mapboards:

168 St: New gate stairways, Downtown express/local and exit signs as well as new High Res route signs, and dumsters:

145 St: Completely improved, escalators, double stairways, improved signs, new exit signs, pillars, High res route signs...:

125 St: Divider, light bulbs and new High Res route signs, basically I'm making new High Res route signs, making them realistic and genuine, that can make you go back in time instantly

135 St and all other CPW stations are being worked on, I don't think posting them or perhaps just little details and turnstiles but you already get that I'm improving all the stations by adding stairs, no spitting and exit signs, and of course old exits....

A little update on the 1973 A line. Yes, a little one. I'm currently having a work experience so I don't have much time, and also I started to develop the preGOH R40/M/42.
Anyways, more detailed tower at 207th St (thanks to Ryan J. Terry for textures), stairs with old classic handrails, old DNE signs, new static/animated train textures from in-game screenshots, new tunnels (from 3line objects), exit indications on wall tiles as well as closed exits (open back in the days of course), glowing light bulbs and I think that's it. I'm already at 81 Street but I'll leave it and 72nd St for later and continue to detail from 59 St to Euclid Ave.

Of course it is, I'm working on it every day.
I expect the 1968-1979 8th Ave lines to be completed within a year though, but it will be worth the wait I promise.
Stay tuned for the scenario list

Hi ... are you using PNG files or JPG files for your images.  Also what are the dimesions of your images?  Looks real good ... and yes these things take a lot of time and effort.

It looks like you do like to pay attention to detail like myself.  Because I am designing an outside line that will eventually go into a subway, I am using the GROUND command for surfaces, buildings, street lights, etc.  Also for fencing not rendered by the DIKE command.  What are your thoughts about this?

I mostly use BMP and PNG. Regarding the signs, most of them are at around 3000x768, but I think lowering them as they take time to load every time I'm approaching a station resulting in annoying 2 seconds freezing
And thanks for the support, I saw the route you are making and I'm quite impressed with the detailing and looks like I will enjoy it. And yes I pay attention to almost every detail as well, especially for a vintage route with old exits and stuff. Unfortunately I rushed so much on the 1970s J/KK/M/MM/QJ
routes that I will rework on it and make the QJ from 168th St and M to Coney Island via Montague tunnel and Brighton. Stay tuned for 59th, 50th and 42nd Streets soon.

Reduce those signs to 256x64 or 256x128. You will not know the difference from far away.  Keep them in PNG format to reduce the size of the file.

I'm proud to post the scenario list of all 8th Av lines and other extra lines I'm planning to do. It shows you the hard work I will have for many months. Note that some scenarios are not confirmed, some might get removed, or some more might be added. The tagged scenarios are SECRET and you'll have to discover them by yourself on the final release while operating on them, please do not try to guess or even zoom like a mad man to see what's behind or at least do not say what do you think is behind the graffiti; to avoid any loss of suspense.

While taking a little break from the 8th Ave line, I'm working on the old Jamaica EL from 168th St to 121st St for the final version of the 1970s Jamaica lines.

Yes the new version of the Nassau St routes will include updated objects and textures and improved stations. The J,KK,MM and QJ are being extended from 121st Street to 168th Street, the M and QJ routes will also be extended to Coney Island via Brighton and the KK will have a new scenario from Rockaway Parkway to 57 St - 6 Av

To thank you all for your support on my 1970s route project for OpenBVE, I decided to release a beta/demo of the 1973 A line from 207 St to Euclid Av via 8 Av & Fulton St express.
NOTE: Since it is a BETA, many stations aren't finished (missing stairways, turnstiles and closed exits...) so keep that in mind if you see something completely messed up.

Showcase of the full route authorized on Youtube as long as you put credits.

Modification of the route and objects is prohibited unless it is for your personal preferences and do not REDISTRIBUTE the route,
or unless it is for another project (1930s A line for example), you can of course take this BETA route and objects as a base.

Marker lights: Cab (Yellow) Opposite (Red)
Use 10 Car set consists
You can operate at high speed on CPW and Fulton St!

Object: (Put folder 1972A in Object folder) http://www.mediafire.com/file/z3adm4zcvec9fzj/1972A.rar
Route: (Put folder 1970s 8th Avenue & Rockaway routes in Route folder) http://www.mediafire.com/file/lx74mhd299t9kkd/1970s_8th_Avenue_%26_Rockaway_Routes.rar

Do you use SketchUp, photoshop, or some other cad application to create your images,csv,b3d files. Also looking at your profile how is it that you have an interest in NYC subways given that time period you are modeling? I thought you were my contemporary (look at my profile).
