This is very masterful work... Objects should be an overall update for all trains terminating at Coney Island. A one patch fixes all kind of deal if possible. Cant wait for the release.

Thanks guys, many of the texture upgrades have been made to the "Lisaraye2" Object folder, which is shared among many lines.
Also, no update on the D extension to CI yet, but there are talks and plans of extending the N south of 59 street. More on this will be announced later.

On a separate issue: i will have a special few preview screenshots in the next few days showing some changes i made to the line.

I got this route (not the latest version) and I am super impressed!! Keep up the great work Mr. Railfan!

Working on the Northbound 2nd Ave Subway and the eastbound JFK express.
Upcoming projects are the R11, R15 and R12 trains.

A small update:

I have been working really hard on introducing new signaling that is unique to the NYC Subway. Here's a small preview of the BMT/IND Signalling textures:

These will be included with the Q v8. I will have a in detail preview of the Q Line (V8) very soon, so stay tuned.

Will these replace our old signals or will they be individual to their own object folder?

Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger

Since these are in a shared object folder, they will replace the old signaling that you have.

I can help make these even more accurate, by making real signal plates, PM me if you want.

I actually removed the signal plates because it would take months to accurately create every single Signal plate for Broadway, 6th Av, West End, 4th Av, Sea Beach and Brighton and then put them all into signals.

Oh ok just thought it maight be cool cause of how BVE 2 told you the signal name and upcoming aspect, maybe we could use that data to make signal plates, then this would be the ultimate route in terms of accuracy.

BVE2 used the coding of the signals that was already included within the route if i recall. For OpenBVE to have it, we would have to create the pictures of all the signal info and then manually code that into every signal into the route. I am simple not going to create a thousand pictures and indexes for the signals and then waste even more time putting all of that into every signal within 100 route scenarios. Remember i don't get paid to do this and am not wasting a couple of weeks of my life to create something as minuscule as that.
