"Panel Editor" Or something like that?
« on: September 27, 2012, 11:39:48 am »
Hi again! :PI read about how to make a panel, it seems very hard, so much text to write! So is there a "Panel Editor", just like Train Editor?
Thank you!

As far as I know, no. The editors that are out there are notepad and your choice of image editor.

Or you can create the panel in SketchUp, depending on if you want a 3D or 2D.

Panel developers have been clamoring for a panel editor ever since BVE first came out really. Nobody seems to have made one... yet.

I don't think that's a 3d panel. A full 3d cab would be like the one in the Class 323 EMU

That's not a 3d cab. That's a 2d panel like all of mine. In a 3d panel you have full control to look around 360 and move about in the cab. In a 2d you are fixed to one position and have limited viewing area.
