A Pentium Dual 2.20 GHz should be fairly okay for openBVE, but it might be your graphics card that is causing your problems. For best results on all routes, you need a dedicated (Nvidia, AMD, ATI) graphics card for openBVE, and not an integrated (Intel) one.

OK... Her PC is getting old, so might get a new one. By the way, her RAM is 3 GB.
I'm a generic teenager with no life. I also make RPG games.
