Nice start Manny. Thx 4 the cred. Although somethin seems kinda familiar bout a few things :o ;) :)

Lol jup funny.

Everyone since I am dealing with 2 routes, I will switch back and forth. Until I can extend the route, construction is suspended and will be focused on the last parts of the (M).

I wanna thank the BETA testing team, BStyles, Jason, Jose, Joe, Jup, Bebo, & Randy.

The next episode will be split into 2 parts. This was my first time railfanning with some of the members.  I must say that there are some cool people on this site.

R40R32 & MrRailfan are some cool dudes and they can make rail fanning fun and surprising. Along with LTA1992 we went railfanning into some places that I haven't traveled to. Please lookout for this episode where we try to cover the system, one transfer at a time. Stay tuned.

Thanks everyone, the following will be fixed thanks to keen eyes:

-Station Times

-Clarity of Announcements

-Station Length

(Note: If anyone has any route building experience and free time, contact me.)

I have limited route building experience so extending the route maybe hard for me to do.

@blueblitz I will try to send it to you. If not and you need it sooner please contact Jason or BStyles.

Art & Graphic Design / Re: Making Graphics Animate for your Signature

Those 2 sites shrink your image, you can use   www.makeagif.com or http://www.myspacegens.com/handler.php?gen=animatedimage

Those will work as well. Thanks man!

2.6

Certain files are new so the old BVE may not be able to handle them. Try using openBVE.

I'd like to beta test

@Haven what BVE version are you using.
@Mercedes, you will receive a PM shortly.

Art & Graphic Design / Making Graphics Animate for your Signature
« on: January 22, 2011, 11:58:42 am »
Few people have asked around the site on how to make animations like the one in my signature or in tvega961. Its simple and you wont have to be a brain surgeon to figure it out.

You can use - www.gickr.com or www.picasion.com to do the animations for you and give you the BBC code that is supported on the forums.

Step 1 - You need to label the images in the order you want them to animate them.

Example:

1.jpg
2.jpg
3.jpg

Step 2 - (Will be broken down in Part 1 or Part 2)

Part 1
a. Go to the sites provided above and upload your images in the order you wish for them to animate. Set the animation speed and Submit. You will have options from the site to copy the BBC code.

Part 2
1b. Download GIMP 2.6. (Type in Google)

2. Open GIMP and drag and drop th images in the order of the ones you would like to be shown first.

3. Then click Save As......

4. You will name the file to whatever you desire, but make sure the file extension is .gif

5. A warning will appear. Make sure that "Convert to Grayscale" is selected. The other box is automatcally selected. Do not change it. Then click "OK"

6. Add your signature to the GIF and set the interval to 1000. Then click "OK"

7. Your files should start to animate.

8. Follow Part 1 to redeem the BBC code.

BVE/OpenBVE Support / Re: what is
« on: January 22, 2011, 11:28:34 am »
I know that I meant the code to make the animation of the doors actually opening and closing I already know the keys to do it

Actually its serveral sets of codes. Take a look at the .b3d files in the cars folder of the trainset. then i think either the train.dat file of the panel.cfg file holds the place where the coding is.

People check your inboxes the files have been sent out. Please comment on the route here whe your testing.

IMPORTANT: When you are by passing West 24th Street, cut your speeds to 35mph or lower. The station is built on a slope and you will go faster. When you are in West 27-28 Sts station, set your brake lever to the second last brake gear (Such as B3, B4, B5, B6, B7, B8)
