Yep, it's finished for now. I was releasing all those versions because of the constant and great feedback I was receiving but the next update won't arrive until a new panel or exterior is complete.

For the squealing it's kinda unrealistic to the other version.

It does happen in the subway tho making it real
This is what I meant just to clear this up the other version of 1/7/10 I believe had the unrealistic squeal compared to the current version(which the version before 1/7/10 had)
Openbve R-142A Screeching test
@SIR Excellent I love the sounds!!

Ok here's version 4.5, it includes 3 versions of the train the now each with different sounds. I'll remove this mediafire link when the link is updated in the downloads section whenever 5.0 is released.

I love the 4 train version you should make only two versions thou the loud brakes and the 4 because the 6 always uses the loud brakes now and the 4 is little bit quieter lol ;D ;D ;D

It's the secondary horn, in openbve hit the "+" button on your number pad. I'm not sure about bve

The Normal version is good for the 7 line extension.

The run0 sound on the R142A (4) sounds really nice. Pity that it wasn't recorded on the first car though.

I have a question though, is the R142A pitched at the right sound? The sounds of the R142As seem to vary a lot more than any other ntt fleet.

Also 4.6 coming soon, I updated only the 4 train version in this one.

Ok, I think I'm still going to try to improve the train more and when I hit 5.0, I'll send that to the admins.

Also, does anyone want to make an animated R142A exterior? If all the effort being put into the fictional trains was the same for the R142A, we would have one nice and realistic train! You can PM me or something, all I need to do is attach the sounds to the train, add some physics and also maybe a way that you could use the screen inside the train to switch the signs on the inside and outside. With all these plugins there's also the possibility of having a working LED sign inside the train that displays the next stops.

I know what you mean what we need to do is hault all fictional trains and routes and make the non-fiction first
