The ats on all my trains isn't working... what am I missing? Every route I try has it coded in, and the trains have the plugin as well.

does your train have all the correct plugin states

The R46 rollsigns and destinations won't scroll, but the ATS on it is working...

Are there 2 bars in the right-bottom corner of your OpenBVE? If so, restart your OpenBVE again, and again, until it doesn't appear anymore.

I was playing with the train.dat, fixed.

what are the true commands to get the ATS fully working on each consist. I have tried it but it never works. Can that also to tied into CBTC.
