Hmm...I didn't think of that.
I thought the reason I'm seeing rerouted 2 and 5 trains was because of the shortage of 3 and 4 trains, if that is a valid assumption to make.

How is the (1) a G.O when thats regular service.
(1) Van Cortlandt Park
(1) Broadway LCL

On 11/5 (pictures taken at about 5-6 pm):
(5) trains were extended to Flatbush Avenue.


This is a error - (5) trains did not run express at any portion of Manhattan that day.


Brooklyn-bound (4) trains were running local after Union Square. They also ran on the Eastern Parkway Local and to New Lots Avenue.




And, of course, the (5) to Wakefield.


Finally, I boarded on a 149th-Street-bound (5) train yesterday.
