Other Projects / FRT is Coming Back

Hello everyone I am Martell the Creator of the FRT 11 and 12, originally known as Suiduj. Also Developed the Unreleased 13 and 16 and a Fictional Central Park Shuttle for BVE, I have been involved with Trainz over the past year getting familiar with it, I haven't mastered Object Creation for it yet but I have been developing the skeleton versions of these routes in them. I lost a lot of the Developer tools I used for BVE but I still remember how to code the old .rw files and familiar with .csv's. I did start re-texturing the 12 but some of the track needs updating as I have changed it a bit since then, I was a teenager when I developed them, many of the object were borrowed with the exception of the walls, and object manipulation for the lighting. I am not familiar with the full capabilities of OpenBVE yet to edit the routes in the timely manner but I will be working on them and bring them back to modern standards, once thats done the old versions will be dropped off into an archive I will be making a new site for them. As well as completing the 11. But I will be prioritizing my efforts in Trainz first will update as I go along.

My Trainz Updates will be listed in the Off Topic Folder
My BVE Updates will be posted here.

My last real route I was working on was the D line I was working on 3D Objects this was a long while ago I did manage to pass it along to Joe before I left NYC some of those maybe in the version you simulate now.

Just like the Original Routes they will contain there own unique objects I will not be borrowing them, so all the object in the current route will be disused in future releases.

Trainz will be borrowing some not many due to the introduction of timer grade signals, I like there functionality. Until I am able to develop my own.

I will keep you updated on my progress, Beta Testing the Trainz Version is not an issue I have no problem with that I do release them as I get to a certain point so that I have a back up if something happens. You May find me involved with a route called NYCFTA Listed on Trainz its just a version of the NYC Subway I was messing around with which does contain the ABCDEFNRQV.

None the my love for train simulators is still strong and I look forward to contributing again.

Other Games / JBSS Bahn Simulation
« on: March 22, 2016, 09:29:48 pm »
http://www.jbss.de/ This simulator has been around for awhile I use to use it along time ago before it started adding new features such as weekday and weekend scheduling, new signalling options. I gave been editing a NYC Subway route I found on NYCSUBWAY.org a long time ago before they removed the software site unless its hidden somewhere else. But needless to say I have been updating this map which has every route planned out and adjusting it for the new version as the version it was originally made for was less developed so far I have several routes running still getting use to the protocols but I learn something new everyday and found I was able to adapt real scheduling to the subway routes and reroutes if a certain area was congested if necessary but that's in the early stage so far I got the A,B (Working on Weekend Scheduling),C,D,E,F J,Z, N,R(Limited Night Service due to my edit for the flooding in the tunnel awhile back I haven't fixed that fully yet), Q 1,3,4,5 trains running.

Pretty much I work on this during my free time I use to this all the time but I changed computers many times since and had to start from scratch.

So far I don't mind sharing the map if anyone wants to mess around with it, but I will continue to work on this one and release it one day so I am not just sitting on it like I use to. I like the versatility of this program.

My next project is the 2 and 6 lines as well as the Shuttle from Grand Central to Times Square Vice Versa, this map features a skeleton of the old third avenue eight line in the Bronx I haven't removed it from the current map which is why you see a track layout connect to the 2. In my version I fictionalized the 9 train and left it in service. The Five Terminates at Bowling Green and Utica Ave, since I succeeded in that it will also go to Flatbush as well. The A line is set but will getting some fixes since I wasn't use to weekend scheduling so it does not run at the moment but during the week it does to all three terminals Lefferts, and the Rockaways.

BVE/OpenBVE Support / OpenBVE
« on: December 13, 2014, 08:18:20 pm »
I have got OpenBVE running after a half an hour of figuring it out, the features are better than the last version I ever used which is BVE4. I ran my eleven on it, trying to isolate errors on it which I find odd because in older versions had none. I have not tried the twelve yet on it but I am certain I did not give the routes any dependencies between each other but once I get settled I may pursue fixing these problems and making them more stable.

I noticed a few posts regarding a route I developed a long time ago, I even visited the old forum regarding old posts about them;

I noticed some people have tried to contact me through the old email address however I lost access to that account for years until last night, I updated my email address since. I am the developer of these routes and I am surprised that the website still retained them for this long.
