BVE/OpenBVE Support / Re: Help with installing openBVE...

What operating system do you have? (Windows, Mac, Ubuntu, etc)

467
For those who are going to ask about performance issues with openBVE or BVE (ie. Lag), these four MUST be listed before we could help you with anything.

*Your Operating System, and the System Type
This can be found by right clicking My Computer, clicking properties, and telling us the Windows Edition and the System Type

*The amount of RAM (Random Access Memory) you have. This can be found by going to Properties like before and looking for Installed Memory (RAM)

*Your graphics card. This can be easily found by downloading GPU Z:
http://www.techpowerup.com/downloads/SysInfo/GPU-Z/
and telling us the name of your GPU, as seen in this screenshot

*Your Processor. This can be found in System Properties, under System and then Processors

However, for those who are not advanced with computers, the easiest way to list all of this at once is by downloading CPU Z:
http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html

Click the Validate button, and give them your email. Check your email for the link they give you and post that link here.

WHY DO PEOPLE BE SO QUCIK TO MAKE EXTENTIONS INSTEAD OF THE REAL ROUTE ITSELF! ....MAKE THE FULL ROUTE FIRST THEN DO THE FUN EXTENTION AFTER!!!!!!!!! #IMJUSTSAYIN!
Honestly sometimes I agree with you, but I think all of us  should appreciate that the content here is so realistic, and everything here is free. I bought every Airbus plane from Wilco for FSX from the A320 to the A380, totaling $150. That is a lot of money for content for a sim, and everything here is extremely realistic, and you should be happy that none of this stuff is payware. For example, you don't see Joe asking for $50 for the V line.

The whole "If you see something say something" campaign is stupid.
Really? The 2010 Times Square bombing was thwarted because a street vendor saw smoke from a abondoned car and told a nearby cop. He saw something, and said something about it. I think that it is a good thing to tell people who ride public transportation to be aware of suspicious acitvity.

The stop code 0xc0000135 means you don't have the .NET Framework installed. You said you had it already, so try a updated version of it and see if that works. Download .NET Framework 3.5, and if that doesn't work, try .NET 4.0.

.NET 3.5:

Try BVE2 it works better sometimes.. and I think it's a bit better then BVE4
BTW What kind of Graphics card do you have?

BVE2 works!  I have ATI, sumthing like that
Try to give us your full specs. Easiest way to give computer specs if you don't know anything about PCs.

Google how to set exceptions in Norton, so that Norton ignores that file during scans.

No, the 9 wasn't discontinued in 2004. It's last day of service was May 27, 2005

If you have a laptop you could put more RAM in it. If your using a desktop, you could upgrade whatever you wish, unless you have no knowledge whatsoever on upgrading hardware.
Actually, on certain laptop models you can upgrade the graphics card and CPU as well, but normally that is reserved for the higher end laptops.

On a desktops, you have to make sure one part isn't bottlenecking new parts. Also, your power supply has to be able to juice up new components, and your motherboard needs to be able to support all the new parts.

Other Games / Re: 2 The Ballad of Gay Tony Video's I made recently
« on: March 13, 2011, 06:37:18 pm »
Not bad. I remember I ventured out into Algonquin and Alderney after the first mission "The Cousins Bellic", stole a cop car, did a vigilante mission to kill some most wanted criminal to steal the Super GT sports car he had, parked it back at a Algonquin Safehouse, jacked a car and drove to the heli base in Alderney, stole a heli, piloted around Algonquin and Alderney to take some sniper ammo, piloted to two locations to take 6 rocket launcher rounds, (all with a six star wanted level), then I piloted the Maverick into the parking space under the elevated tracks with 50% Armor and 100% health left, got out of the heli, and then cops killed me before I even made it to the door of the safehouse, which was right in front of where I left the heli. :P Did so much for nothing there

BTW, on your second video try pressing the left CTRL button to crouch so that you can take cover behind the wall, and press Q or E to use the new system that helps you take cover, then shoot cops. Also, don't climb up anywhere high, because it gives the sharpshooters in the helis and ground cops a easier target

Ok, so there were 2 replies, so I wrote 1 and 2 on different cards, and I randomly selected any card 14 times. Result:

1,1, 1, 1, 1, 2, 1, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2

Times number 1 was picked: 6
Times number 2 was picked: 8

So since B41 was the second one to reply, and the number two was selected more times, B41 wins and will receive the voucher. If I get any more  vouchers I will continue to give them away. B41 your voucher  code is on your PM
