How do I download routes on openbve and why does it glitch so much                                                             p.s. why cant I see the train I only see a 3d gray box for the train???

I have BVE2 and I have the 2 train line (NYCT-2a.cvr) and every time I click on it to drive the train it gives me an error message saying "This train is Not Found." How can I fix this if I can?
