Phantom909 or better known as Joe has passed away

We are sad to inform everyone that Phantom909 or better known as Joe in the NYCTA BVE/NYCTBA community has passed away.  Without him, we would not have this community and others like it here today.  BVEStation's logo on the homepage will be monochrome for several days in his memory, and we thank him for fostering the community of developers, and creating new ones.  He will be missed.

It's been a very long time since I've posted on here. Rest in peace, Joe. So much stuff is in place now because of him. The world has lost a great person.

That is a very unfortunate thing to hear. This was a familiar member of the community for anyone into BVE. I have seen many posts from him on this forum and I am also aware of the amazing job he did on some of the downloadable routes on here. I offer my most sincere condolences to everyone impacted by this. May he rest in peace.

Even though i was not a fan of his political views, he had all my respect, and will surely be missed. It was because of him i was inspired to become an openBVE content developer.

I was thinking of adding a Wiki page about him in his honor.

I am very disappointed but not trying to tear over Joseph ONeil is passed away. He did outstanding for our OpenBVE Community and developing many stuffs he made. He did inspecting my R32/R38 Pre GOH Model and gave me result of grades. We were using him for his witness during he grew up back in thru 1950 to 1990s as we havent born that time. Therefore, we are learning from him. We thankful him for everything. We love him as our good friend. :[
