Im thinking of purchasing a joystick for BVE from Best Buy, heres the link: http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?_dyncharset=ISO-8859-1&_dynSessConf=-2205059099743501126&id=pcat17071&type=page&st=Logitech+-+Attack+3+Joystick&sc=Global&cp=1&nrp=15&sp=&qp=&list=n&iht=y&usc=All+Categories&ks=960 (http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?_dyncharset=ISO-8859-1&_dynSessConf=-2205059099743501126&id=pcat17071&type=page&st=Logitech+-+Attack+3+Joystick&sc=Global&cp=1&nrp=15&sp=&qp=&list=n&iht=y&usc=All+Categories&ks=960)
I've seen a post on here somewhere of someone saying they use it for BVE, I just want everyones opinions and thoughts on how it works. It seems really nice and would making the gaming experience much more realistic.

For BVE 4*

I use a joystick for OpenBVE. It works differently in BVE, especially since you can't really set it up to your liking. I do have the attack 3, and I use it for flight sim sometimes, but I recommend something different.

That's the one I have. It was a lot cheaper when I bought it too. I just use the controller on the left, so it's sorta like operating an R142 I guess you could say. It gets annoying having to use your left hand if you're not left-handed, but usable.
I hope that helped out a bit.

you can configure it in BVE 4 and use it like a 1 handle controller. I did the same thing with a joystick I brought a couple of years ago
