Nope its a school car , they usually use the 68 and it goes 207 to rock park for training future Train operators and conductors. This will not be going on the A or S . Sometimes you can see it running up down culver / queens blvd.

Like Mr Railfan said It's a school car, the only time your probably going to see a R68A or R68 In service on the (A)(C)(S)(R) or even (F) will be after the R46's retire but still unlikely, what is likely however is if before the R68's Retire they end up on the (A) or (C)

yes but this isnt the first time they send it to the rockaway's , they do it nearly everyday.

Oh. I have seen an R68 school car signed up as a (D) passing Rockaway Blvd, and there was an R46 (C) on the center track.
