I think BVE 5 is cancelled because of the Japan earthquake/tsunami.

Are you in college?  If not, well that seems normal for me.

i'm figuring out how to integrate teamspeak-like multiplayer functionality, and "channels", and real online multiplayer support, to have a true multi-player experience.

i have plans to attempt to port it to iOS devices (iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad), but with a re-written UI to take advantage of the touchscreen, and a download catalog, which will be similar to the App Store, where you can add sites that hosts BVE routes and trains. the iPad version, will obviously have a more native UI.
