Old Route And Compliments
« on: March 11, 2011, 08:20:47 pm »
Correct me if i am wrong, But i had a route that started in or close to Jones Beach, went up to JFK, then through queens, via Jamaica, Shea Stadium and La Guardia then downtown. ( i think it then turned up towards the bronx, bedford park?) I really Dont remember the route. I remember it had some NICE and Awesome long strips between stations and some nice curves as well.

I cant remember if it was on BVE2 or BVE4 ( My old computer died, so i lost the information). I Have OpenBVE, and enjoy it, and was wondering if that route was availale for OpenBve??

Also, Nice Job on the F ( also for the memories of NYC). I downloaded the full version, and love the run with the R160. Just Started it on the Q express, ( not prospect park) so far no problems. Nice graphics also!! Is there a way, or does someone know what the speed limit is on the F, X, Q and H?? I am catching up to the "train" infront of me, and managed to derail both!! LOL

Once again, nice job on the F, ( all the routes and the memories)

John

I think you're thinking of the (U) which runs from Howard Beach-JFK Airport, Queens to Bedford Park Blvd, Bronx.

I hate those files but you have to download this program which extracts. If not download some (U) stuff to your desktop and drag the files to the correct BVE folder location.

Back when OpenBVE was still young, the U was one of those routes that were incompatible with OpenBVE, so that may be the problem.  I'm not sure if it still runs today since its been so long.
