BVE/OpenBVE Support / Re: openbve Stable version 1.4.0.0

I see that you made a topic about this on the openBVE forum. Why not post all the screenshots (not the useless ones) on there? It'll give them more information to work with. Plus, the openBVE community should be able to help you out with your problem better.

If they can't find a solution to your problem then yeah, the best thing to do is to get an older version of openBVE.

So it's not an error report from openBVE itself?

Before you ask for an older version, let's see if this glitch can be fixed first.

Can you reproduce the error and post a screenshot of the error reports?

Please stick to one thread, and please wait for a response instead of making another thread of the same topic.

To make peacemak3r's post more better, please show us some screenshots so we can see what kind of problems you have with openBVE.

Does that only apply to square faces though? I was wondering if it applies to other four-sided polygons. Also, do you plan to reconnect the triangulated faces in the .b3d file?

On the other hand, my desktop has an i7 on it, so even if it is overkill I still use it for openBVE. My laptops are not good substitutes. I didn't try this old laptop with Intel Centrino Duo yet, but as with all my old laptops I doubt it'll perform well.

"nice" indeed! Excellent shots!  :)
Let's just hope "nice" lives up to its name though...

I could barely make out the MTA logo and the words "Long Island Bus" on 1742 there.

Excellent shots, error!  :)

correct, but if the train reverses, it has the tripcock on the wrong side. So, in my opinion, it should be on both sides
Oh, good! You see that there is a contradiction. You are right, it will be on the wrong side, but I made no mistake about the fact that there's only one tripcock on each truck. So what does that mean? It means that, especially at terminals, there will be two sets of trip stops (the yellow T-shaped levers) for each track, and they will both cover the left and the right side of the track. That way, you'd avoid having two tripcocks on each truck, because that would mean two extra trip cocks for each car, which is unnecessary.

BVEStation Network News / Re: BVEStation Site Improvements
« on: January 02, 2012, 08:56:53 am »
Can I have a little question? How I can see what download is the newest? I could check it before improvements, but now in Newest Downloads page I see, for example, D line on 2nd place, but comes from August 6 and many later was there "Train With Many Colors" R33, which is not presented there at all... How it works?
Actually, if you take a closer at all the files and the dates that they were released, you'll see that the Downloads page is sorted out from the newest to the oldest. Not sure if this is the best way to describe it, but it's like the words in a book - look at the squares in that way and that's how the download files are arranged.

You will see them on the D, but not on the F. The D route and the NYCT Object and Signal packs were released after the F was released.

Yep. As long as you stuck them in the Object folder then you're all set.

Yes. The .rar/.7z files contain several files inside, so you need to extract them to get what's inside. Then you move the extracted files into their proper places.

You made a post about this already. Please stick to one post, and please wait for a response instead of posting on other topics about the same problem.
