There is no "owner" of the R46 - you are all owners of your own copy of the R46. I cannot "own" something that is in your possession.

As for who is in charge of making the R46, I am the main developer of the project, doing the framework of the train and the sounds, while Rikabs is creating the exterior view. The panel was done by ipaclansite a while ago.

I do not have the new exterior by Rikabs ready for distribution yet..if you want though I can send you the old one with JayJay's exterior.
