You can get OpenBVE from trainsimframework.org. Click the Downloads tab and download it, and you MUST download all the dependencies listed there. (OpenAL, SDL, Tao, .NET Framework) When you do all of that, create a folder anywhere you want called "OpenBVE", and extract all the files from the OpenBVE ZIP file there, and then put the files from the SDL and Tao files into the folder aswell. (OpenAL and .NET Framework are to be installed on to your computer with an installer) Finally, create a folder in the OpenBVE folder called "Railway" (This is where your routes, routre sounds, and objects will go) and another one called "Train" (This is where the downloaded trains will go. Now go into the "Railway" folder and create folders called "Route", "Object", and "Sound". Now, download any routes or trains you want, and put everything into their respective folders. Hope that helped :)

The 6thAve.exe and LisaRaye2.exe extract to OpenBVE\Railway\Object, the NYCT-D (Version 2.0).exe extracts to OpenBVE\Railway\Sound, and the D2.exe extracts to OpenBVE\Railway\Sound
