M7 Sound VS R153 Sound
« Reply #1170 on: January 04, 2014, 12:42:29 am »
Really? The acceleration and deceleration sounds are pretty similar to me
Ok haha, at least your claim motivated me to program some new propulsion sounds for the M7, so that's ready now once an exterior is modeled.

Do you still think they sound the same? lol

The deceleration (once it hits under 10mph) sound a bit similar, as well as acceleration up to around 10mph as well. The rest doesn't sound too similar I guess.

By the way are you going to make a M7 for openBVE?

If I could model exteriors, I would. I only do repaints, static panels, sound development, and physics work at the moment.

This is what Happens when you fall asleep on the subway for a long time, you become stuck on a layup train

on weekend layup, seriously, how can workers leave their trains like that, it always was a mystery to me

Yeah its very nice, especially the undercarriage. I almost thought it was an R160 until I saw the car numbers and front/back.

With a few more modifications, such as changing the poles and ceiling, it looks like it could be released as an R160. How long is the train? 60 feet or 75 feet?
