OpenBVE Not installing right

I'm trying to add OpenBVE on my other computer but apparently it won't let me copy the files to the OpenBVE Folder nor its running correctly. So basically its not working.

Can anyone please help me?

1. Copy the Files to your desktop then put them into your folder
Make sure you got the TAO dll's Openal and all the other things installed and in the same folder.
2.Try to use it now.
