It may state that it isn't delayed but come on, it's New York, it's delayed. LOL, for example, I bring back the whole Gowanus situation.  Driving there is a hassle every morning.

it may be a hastle but people make sacrafices to improve the lifestyle of NYers and its not delayed if the tbm is still moving and the remaining 5years is to build the stations and entrances.

People make sacrifices  to improve the lifestyle of NYers?  They must not be sacrificing anything because, I believe DJ Hammers would agree with me, The Gowanus has been "under construction" for 22 years and probably more.

You may believe it's not delayed, they may say it's not delayed, but let's face it; it's New York.  Everything is delayed.

I agree with you besides this is like the 40's 50's and maybe 60's
Ya 2nd avenue will be done within 5 years yet it never happens
but they are making success but It depends if they keep on track of it
If they do I say 2016-2017

It's going to be a relief when phase 1 is done and over with.... Lessens the overcrowding on the Lex. Well at least around the Upper East Side.

I seriously.... don't think phase II is going to be much of a problem compared to the current phase, cause for the most part... the tunnels are already there. Since the tunnels been there for years though, the problem might be bringing the tunnels to current codes, etc....

well if the project goes delayed anymore, wont it be more over budget ?
