You start the run during the day, and by the time you get to the far end of the route, the sun has gone down already.

Oh, alright. If it's intentionally implemented then I understand. I thought it was a bit weird/unrealistic since the route is only about an hour long and the Astoria and West End lines take up quite a sizeable part of the route.

I noticed that later in the route (on the West End line) there is no sky texture, and there is instead a black night-like sky.

DON'T WORK ON WINDOWS 7 BECAUSE WINDOWS 7 DON'T WORK WITH 3D GAMES.

Windows 7 does work with 3D games, and the BVE games are not really 3D anyway, so that's not really a valid statement. You can get BVE 2 and 4 to work with Windows Vista and 7, it just takes a bit of messing around with files and the command prompt. And obviously openBVE works with Vista and 7 perfectly. And try not to type with Caps Lock on, since it makes everyone automatically assume you are angry.

Take your time. It would be awesome if it was released tonight but I'm guessing, since it is now more than 30 minutes after you made that post, unless it is just taking forever to upload, that it will not. Oh well, still looking forward to it

The R44 is still in development. That version seems to have leaked out, but I'm not making a big deal out of it. It is very seriously outdated compared to the current version I am working on.

Alright, sounds reasonable. So just to answer anyone's questions, I'm guessing that the leaked version got taken down from the file storage and is no longer possible to get?

Beta testing? Nope- Dj hammers did the beta test a few years back, he had it on the stored file on the teamspeak last year just when the R46 was released. I was one of the few that took it and modified it. The original r44 had rollsigns, but they were very limited. hech, the storage file came with the R44 beta by zerobeats (which i used and modified), the SI verson, and the R44 with r46 sounds
since i have a weak computer- i had to edit the R44, mainly the signs.
Added animated changeable rollsigns, and the scrolling front.
2. i didnt make the r44 from the r46- (even though the only difference between zerobeats r44 and the r46 LQ is the pole by the door, the sounds, and the fact that the R44 has wheels on it, while the R46 does not

So that is not the R46 and is in fact the one and only R44 that is/was in development? Alright, that makes sense

Looks great, especially for a skeleton! It looks to me like the only thing you have to do now is fully detail the stations, curve the tracks, and add all the signals/announcements, or are there more little things to do after all that?

Nice. But what would happen if you run it on a different route than the (E)? Will it automatically adapt to any route or will it only work properly for the (E) until it is made compatible with other routes?
