So if that's the case where have the guys moved to now mister? I don't see a new alternative site made regarding a move away from the site-jacking.

Everything is on Facebook now. When BVEStation went dead and the community got separated due to ridiculous problems back in the mid 2010s, there are now different NYCTA BVE groups. I'd be you I wont go in any of them and look for new stuff on Youtube instead. I always post my mine there.

I wanted to see if a dev would reply before me but W/E, try resizing the image and see then if it allows you if not try converting it to JPG if that doesn't work just reply back

I want to add my icon as my profile picture for BVEStation but when I try to upload a PNG image from my computer, it outputs "The attachments upload directory is not writable. Your attachment or avatar cannot be saved.". When I try to set my profile picture via a URL for the image, it sets it to no avatar. I don't know if I lack the perms to do so or if it is an error, whether on client side or forum side.

While this is an old thread and I have not posted in a while, this subject is of particular interest for me. First I am getting back to my interest in my building a subway version of the Staten Island Railway. There is a separate thread on that subject. I have encountered this problem, even going over the openbve source code to search for the problem and possible solution. I am undertaking a task of reducing textures by consolidating images. I am having little success, but in thinking about the problem as the OP suggested loading all textures at one time and possibly keeping them active. I agree with this philosophy and I am attempting to provide a solution. I will attempt to accomplish this by building  a "cache box" under all my landscapes which occur at 25 meter intervals. This will be an object encasing all textures. Each texture will only be a few inches square strategically placed under the landscape out of visual range. I want to do this so my route could run smooth on a 7 year old laptop. Mind you I am in the market for a 9th or 10th gen I9. If my solution is not successful than I have no choice but to throw a lot of power at the problem.

The R68A has been stated as an addon project in the past for those who want to make it. Just use the base 68 model and do it yourself type project. Most developers here have died of making projects due to the high immaturity of the railfan community.

Nothing else is being released anymore by my good friend here due to the fact of harassment lying bullying and near death issues and fake rumors spreading about me and him. Photoshopped pictures of me especially have killed the last straw. Plus people almost killing me and also trying to confront and talking bad about 1970s Lover because he is a true friend to me. Thank the entire railfan community for what it has become with its in bred next generation NTT dick sucking lovers.
