Do you mind telling us the route your trying to run?

Check your BVE folder in "Railway" and "Train" folders, make sure there are no double folders. Meaning make sure it won't say something like this: "C:/Program Files/BVE/Railway/WestsideA/WestsideA" It looks as if that may be the problem.
Any @bve if you looked at the picture, you could assume the route would be the (2).

It's the 2 train you can tell if you look at the picture it has a lot of 1, 2, 3 train stops

Make sure everything is installed properly.
Go to Start, Run, and type in C:\Program Files\BVE\Railway\Object\WestsideA. (if that doesn't work, try C:\Program Files (x86)\BVE\Railway\Object\WestsideA\). There should be a lot of files inside (3yoff, 14th st, etc) and four folders (cars, markers, signobj, w/e)
