Just stopping by to say, wow. These look professionally done. You should consider releasing these as objects not just for bve, but as 3D models for other games or commercial use.

This looks VERY impressive! Great job! A lot of effort put into it.

Very nice! Looking forward to more progress!

just the storm door is huge on the front but it's still WIP anyways. Hopefully the front will be fixed.

Yes, only flaw I see in the train. Other than that and the awaited openBVE fix, great train!

Very nice work! I'm quite happy with the frame rates. I have 40fps in the cab view with maxed anti-aliasing level. And 25fps in exterior view. But it's kind of weird I can't go above 40fps even with low detailed trains and anti-aliasing turned off. Even though my specs are: i5 6300HQ 2.30Ghz, Nvidia GTX950M 4GB and 8GB of RAM. I feel like my OpenBVE is locked to 40fps for me. I'm sure I can run the game 2 times better with these specs. Weird.
Otherwise great work! That's a very nice train!

Have a nice day!

[Make sure to check out my 1970s Nassau St Routes on my thread in (Other Projects) if you are interested!]

I run a 6700HQ at 3.5 GhZ with a GTX1070 and I hit the same as you do lol. Just the way the game is optimized I guess.

Great work on the 142. Hopefully this is the start of more releases the rest of this year.

Does anyone have the brightness commands for the 6 and the A line to Far Rockaway? Thanks!

Great video and coverage of the car. Is there a reason for this S car? Seems like a waste considering that the fleet is comprised of married pairs.

Train Simulator 2016 / Re: TS 2015 Buying Steam Edition Again
« on: December 23, 2014, 12:30:34 am »
It fills in the gaps, but does not give you a "copy" of the content that you already have. Basically, if I already owned Munich Garmisch, and I bought the TS15 Steam Deluxe Edition, I'd get the rest of the content from the package itself. Steam is unified, meaning that you do not receive extra copies of anything. Everything still falls under "Train Simulator 2015."

Same thing goes if you were to invest in the Packages (which I highly recommend you take a look at, as they save you money. Welcome to the world of a money-hungry hobby lol.

Appreciate the release! Everything sounds great judging from the videos, although the Amfleet noises seem a bit too loud! By the way, would you recommend the Miami route? I'm tempted to pick it up, but the engine sounds for the P42 sound atrocious, which is a major factor of me not impulse buying it. Don't know if this has been answered but does this also feature the ENTIRE Tri-Rail network? It only mentions the Amtrak stops, so that's a bit unclear.

By the way, do you ever plan on updating the M8 motor and track noises? That way make driving the NEC an even more immersive experience now that DTG has finally fixed the FPS issue on them.

Once again thanks for your awesome releases!

You may want to change the title of your video. The "white trash" label is unnecessary. Just leaving it as ignorant man would be a more professional way to handle things.

Amazing at what the Source engine and Garry's Mod is able to create with a bit of imagination and intuition. I wouldn't be surprised if they got this to spin off as a standalone payware product. It looks like it!

By the way, GMod is on sale for the Summer Sale for 3.50. Cheap price for endless hours of entertainment.

Looks pretty decent. Really captures the time era, and nice touch how they left the old track configurations with the switches leading into Fisk instead of the newer ones at 74th. I probably won't be picking this up, but great effort on their part.

Very nice! The acceleration is spot on 100%. Nothing else to do there!

Just one quick tip about the deceleration, although it's not ground breaking. When the train starts decelerating at high speeds, there's a constant whirring noise that can only be heard inside the train. It's hard to hear on recordings because the pitch is so unique that it usually gets blurred out onto background noise, but when you're physically inside the train you can hear it very clearly. It's a constant noise I'm sure you'll be able to hear next time you ride on an M7/A, and it dies out the second the deceleration traction noise starts to play. Might be a bit hard to code in, but it'll definitely make it more immersive.

Wow this sounds really nice! The pitch is a little off for the first few notes, but I think that may be a limitation of the simulator rather than the audio files you've collected. One thing I might add is that the change in tone after the first few melodies (where the deeper pitch occurs and extends onward, which happens in your train at 36 mph) should occur earlier (from my personal experience). Maybe it's the train's acceleration being out of sync or something, but from my riding experiences, it seems like it occurs earlier.

But marvelous work! Any plans on you porting this over to Train Simulator? M7 sound pack perhaps haha.

Great work guys on this route!

Just a heads up, are you guys going to fix 34th street for this upcoming release? The Northbound tracks I believe shift up (or maybe it's the southbound side going down) towards the southern end of the station from the Brooklyn-bound side.

And are you guys going to include Queensboro Tower?

Other than those two points, I see nothing else that needs major fixing. Great job again on this route! It's looking better and better with each passing shot.
