I will be using this:

One Question: Where can I get the Run(2) Sounds?

Stay tuned for a video...

For the R68 that would  be kinda tricky as there aren't too many places that they travel upon that has that type of track..my suggestion would be to use a recording of the 7 train between 33rd and 46th (R62A sounds similar to the R68 anyway)

I'll be updating the track sound standard soon btw with a more complete list

that would work with a bit of sound tweaking. Keep in mind that the distance between the trucks is different between the R68 and the R62, leading to different sounds even though the trucks are the same.

Slow down the run sound basically for the 68 lol

Well, with all the recent talk about "Something that's been bothering me", I've decided to start on the R68 and put off the R176 for now. With other news, I deleted the wrong folder and lost the work I have, but I have the older version of my train to work off. That will be no problem since I can improve more.

In addition, Mr. Railfan offered to do the panel for me.

Thank you

Ouch you should had sent the file to your helpers so the main person won't have them only.I recorded sounds for the 68 last week but I think I put my camera too close to the door and it sounds like too much bass. But I'll check on my computer.

Yea, but I'm not willing to do that, I'd just rather start over than risk losing everything

But back on topic. any one willing to help with sounds, please post.

I went downtown today and recorded some R-68 sounds and I caught the same set I recorded last week which was 2636 I believe and that motor sounds good but the train was crowded so I don't think it came out well but I got some door chime and brake release sounds. When I get home later I'll upload the recordings & send you some sounds I'll cut them out 4 u.

Daniel's D train should be used because it doesn't have people talking in the background
