I downloaded the latest R68 for OpenBVE version that was available. I like the truck package upgrade. Really fits with the car. I then proceeded to modify the propulsion sounds and tweak the train physics. The result is much more realistic Westinghouse propulsion that I am willing to send the code and the proper sound files to the main developer for incorporation in the final release version. I'm always happy to help when I can. Here is the video showcasing the modifications that I made to the train:

Somebody has already made accurate physics for the R68, but it does need some upgraded sounds.

Please do send the sounds over when you can so i can add the sounds. The other sounds were just a slap-on to get something out quickly.

The R32 for OpenBVE - Final Preview Video (for real this time)
I like the acceleration sounds, but the brakes could use a little tweaking, perhaps a combination with the sounds I've put into the R68 brake.
and [CT1660], I am going to send you a PM with the information you need.

I also realize that the first video is a bit laggy bc of my crappy integrated graphics, so I recorded another video using the train / route combination that would yield a higher frame rate:
OpenBVE HD Exclusive New York City Subway R68 Propulsion Modification Showcase 2 (High FPS)
Enjoy =)

The updated version of the R68 has been released:

The only major glitch I found was the incorrect number of motor and trailer cars in the .dat file for the 2 car version. Just change the motor car count from 24 to 6 and you will fix the problem. Otherwise, the only other issue is that the roll sign changes are a bit too fast, but that's my personal opinion.

Wouldn't know what you're talking about unless you post a screenshot. But from what your telling us, I would think it might a problem with the screen resolution you have OpenBVE set to.
