By a stroke of luck, Mr Railfan and I managed to successfully find and chase down two R32 sets that went to Canarsie Yard to get washed.

An R32 set still soaking wet from the car wash returns to ENY yard at East 105th Street. Note the water pouring off the roof:

A second R32 set returns from the car wash and takes the switch to ENY yard. Note the extremely rare occurrence seen in this shot; an R143 L train meeting an R32:
