What version of Trainz do you have? TRS06,09,2010,Classics etc....

I don't know whats the problem.
I suggest you to install the game enter the Serial number go2 auran.com SIGN UP and enter the serial number there.

i got the serial number from the case it came in... they want a company name i dunno what that is.

I recommend you to email the auran people.They're on vacation until the 10th or 11th so you have to wait a few days sry.
