unless we can somehow implement a LED typeset into the display, the amount of images needed to make that plausible would be insane
Yes when you think it through but I have 210 GB left on my computer and I'm just trying to help. If you have a better idea that's awesome but that's the best I can come up with. with almost 500 stops in the system and 24 routes i think it's pretty hard to make my idea a reality.

Already possible, the Hong Kong developers have got a working prototype.
Pretty much anything with OpenBVE is possible. I'm still trying to get that going
It's time we give other rail-sims some competition. I hope that one day OpenBVE will be a Railworks quality simulation. I thank all the developers who take the time to continually evolve OpenBVE. :D

I have a lot more stored on another hard drive.(R-29 and his R-160)
Can I get some of his trains?

Well, there are no big differences except the route icon in the CBTC screen and the fact that it says "R179A" on the panel instead of R160, so I guess you could say it is sort-of true.

BTW, SIR, since the R179 already has working interior LED's, will you also (if it's possible) make them synchronized with what station you are at, as long as you are driving the right route? Like, for example, if I was driving the (F) train and I was just at Kings Hwy station, it would say that the next stop is Avenue P, and so on, instead of just always saying that the next stop is Parsons Blvd. Just a suggestion...
I have an idea but i don't know if it's possible or practical
This will only be possible for one route and direction per train so you will have to make different versions for different lines.
At every station the find and everything else that changes at a station can be changed to the next station by pressing 4 or Home(example keys). For example, the J train, at Norwood Avenue it says: To Broad Street | The Next Stop Is | Cleveland St. | 8:00 AM    then aproaching the station change it to say: This Is | Cleveland St | This Is | Cleveland St   and so on. I do not know how to code this but it is my idea and I can explain the concept to the person who would like to create this by PM. I want to be acknowledged if my idea is used

not to sound like a douche, but gas stations and mc donalds are just taking it a bit too far, I'm all for the visual experience of the route and stuff but I can't spend like 3 weeks on a single gas station object that I'll only use like once. If anybody else wants to take the leap and try then go for it, you'll do all of us developers a huge favor.

And I've already started implementing random houses. My hand is back to normal so I'll get back to pushing out a 8 BETA so you can see how it's done.
I didn't mean things that complicated but a gas station is a good idea and someone should make it. It can be reskinable to the different brands of gas.
By the way, i just had this great idea, one or maybe two developers should concentrate on making TJay quality objects (lol what else can i call them) and TJay should concentrate 100% on object making if he wants to(i'm not forcing anyone to do anything, i'm just speaking hypothethically).
Last thing I have to say, I have a great picture of a track. It's two rails(including third) in gravel. Inbox me anybody who knows how to convert it into in-game rails

I'd also like to add to this pack. I noticed that on one of the London Underground routes, there were animated trippers. I think its time we had our own.

IRT:

In conjunction with the Beacon command, these should work nicely.

lmaoo, it looks good. BStyles you just reinvented the NYC Subway-OpenBVE if those get included the next release of a route

Just a suggestion, it probably wont happen because of the difficulty of route making. There should be some variety of the houses and not the same one every block. I know it's hard but it gives the route a nice quality and it pleases many other people not just me. By the way, will this route feature those OB NYCT signals?

I would like to see repeating houses as well. Gives off a more authentic driving experience. However, Jay likes to do things in parts, so that'll probably come in a later release (along with the signals).
I think you misunderstood what I said. I said variety for example a burger king on one block then a starbucks on the next etc. and not just a burger king everywhere

Good news the D line is now 98% done I just need to add some houses and speed signs on Elevated part

Hello, developers and players. I will be working on the (M) shuttle from Myrtle Avenue-Broadway to Metropolitan Avenue-Middle Village. This will be my first route but I will attempt to make it 5th generation with photorealistic rails, trains, catwalk, and the Fresh Pond Road yard. I will go out to take the pictures for the objects today. I may make an R160 if I have time before going to Brooklyn Tech in September. If not use Mr. Railfan's 160.

No you won't. The (M) is already under development.

The Forrest-Hills bound (M) is under development. I didn't know the Middle Village bound (M) being developed. By the way, it can be my personal route or a private route for a few friends. I don't plan to get it posted on the website for download but that would be nice. I only want to make the shuttle to get a taste of developing. I was only informing the community, not trying to take over someone else's job.

I think your talking about this R32? http://www.nycsubway.org/perl/show?115627
Yes that is the R32 i'm talking about

That R32 is fully operable but it has been left sitting there for a while for some reason. It will not be scrapped any time soon.
When I pass the yard on the M I see a piece of paper on the front door and the driver's window but I am too far away to read it.

Why is there an R32 singed up as a C at the Fresh Pond Road Yard? It's home to the M train
