SIR you got those images?

Not for the grey wallpaper ends. If anyone wants to help with that as well it would be appreciated.

Oh lol, yeah I'll add them to the R179 when I start working on that again.

Here's a pic of the R143 interior with the strip maps and the correct floor color:

i dont know if this will help in anyway , but today i confirmed that the r143 can be programmed into any line and have all of the routes programmed in for automated announcements just like their cousins the r160 . Before i only thought they had the M and the L . im uploading the vid i took of that and ima post it here .

Quick Question.... Why so many versions? Why not just wait till your happy with what you did then release.. 10 versions of the R142... ( Not saying its bad I just hate downloading the same thing over and over again with just a few small updates)

I actually like how (SIR) is releasing incremental updates.

There minor or major updates in the sounds and or exterior

The updating process it good it's like an overwrite when you install them to the computer.

There needs to be work on the doors and signage. Instead of using photo pictures try creating the interior panel from scratch like for example the interior LED.

The exterior should also be hand drawn because when I looked the train yesterday it's slightly not the trains exterior cause I can still see in the window from the side of the sign.

Other than that good work. If you need help just ring the alarm. Lol

I agree. The exterior doors look out of place with the train's texture. However, I don't see an easy solution because you would have to photoshop the exterior doors to achieve the same color of the exterior skin, or get a brand new texture altogether.

The train also needs to have its body reconfigured. Right now, the undercar section is too small and the body too big, so when the train pulls into the station, part of the door lays submerged from the station. Easy fix is to make the undercar section bigger.

Fun idea, is it possible to feature those moving LED screens found on some R143s. It would be cool to see this thing fully animated.

R143 Version 9 is now released. It has the strip maps thanks to Lance, a new exterior and louder sounds.

And those are all great ideas. I want the R143 to look realistic as possible so if anyone else wants to help out or change any of the png files to make it look better feel free to do so!  8) I can always add the changes to a newer version.

Thanks, that's on my list of things to do actually.  All of the downloads are now .7z form and it really cut down on the size.
