This train definitely is sick, but I need some help. The instructions says to use I believe it's 6,7,8 for changing signs, but when i press those keys, nothing happens and I can't change any signs. 2nd issue I'm having is when I release the brakes and increase throttle, the interior lights go out inside the train. Why? and the other thing is, has anyone noticed that the headlights are on in the fourth car just like the first car?

Please HELP!!!!!
It's 6,7,8 above the letters (not on the num pad) for the signs and 9,0 for the lights (same story)

Do you know if it is a train or bus line? and the (W) I'm all four it coming back yea sadly it delays the (N) but Astoria won't accept over crowded stations I'm sure about that.
If (and hopefully only so the (N) can run express in manhattan) the (W) comes back, I'm sure its only going to take the place of the (Q) in astoria so it would be the same give or take.

Its really a gamble, sometimes people will know the rules and not bother you, sometimes they omake a massive stink about it. The problem is, there should be no gamble in the first place.
Not to start anything, but maybe some police have the fear that the video takers might be linked to terrorism and want to avoid another attack.

It could have just been running openBVE with the integrated graphics chipset on your computer. Integrated graphics have a history of being glitchy with openBVE.
I had an integrated card on my old laptop and the only problem was lag. and it's the same integrated i have on my new one also. that's what threw me off a little

Can anyone help with this problem.
Try redownloading and installing  the latest version of OpenBVE from http://odakyufan.zxq.net/openbve/index.html and follow the installation instructions from: http://odakyufan.zxq.net/openbve/install.html (with all the dependencies)
See if that works.

I actually went messing around today and I went into the NVIDIA Control panel and changed the preferred graphics processor from auto select to High-performance NVIDIA processor (Integrated Graphics would work also and was the other option besides auto select). Thanks for your help

Did you try re-downloading both the route and trainset?

Usually when I have problems with trains, routes, objects, etc. I would redownload them and most of the time it would work.

That doesn't work. However, can you (or anyone, of course) show me a screenshot of their OpenBVE settings (options tab)? Thanks

How to use BVE Route Randomizer
by ipaclansite

Requirements:
BVE 2
BVE Route Randomizer.
Difficulty: Medium (Creating of shortcuts, Accessing Directories)

How to use BVE Route Randomizer (A video version of this tutorial is also availble please visit the video tutorials if you can.)

Assuming you have BVE Route Randomizer Installed, now its time to use it. If for some reason BVE Route randomizer hasn't created a shortcut on the desktop, well have to go look for it.
1. Click My Computer
2. Navigate to the folder where you installed BVE, the default location would be C:\Program Files\BVE\Railway\Object\BRR
3. Lets make a shortcut to the desktop if it wasn't made.
4. Right click BRR10.exe > Send to > Desktop (Create Shortcut) and it will create a shortcut.
5. Lets close down all the windows and return to the desktop.
6. Open up the shortcut we just created. You can always rename it later.
7. Select your route on the left side, and select the train on the right side, then click select on top.
8. Choose your settings, like Random Signalling to change the default signals, I like to change it to pretend there are "delays" Or Change the time table, There are other settings there too you can go and play around and experiment with them, as they dont touch your original route at all. You can also start BVE in developer mode for extra features.
9. After you have selected all your goodie old settings click Start BVE, and BVE 2 will start up, with all the settings you have selected
10. Now go for a drive and have fun! The next time you want to use BVE Route Randomizer again, its on the desktop!

I've been getting a problem with OpenBVE since I've upgraded my laptop.
OpenBVE Image Problem
This happens on all trains that use the emissivecolor command on all the routes.

Here's my specs:

I also have a NVIDIA GeForce GT 540M 2GB installed.

How can I fix it?
