Thanks to newly released, high resolution images of the original R46 P-Wire controls, Harry Daley-Young and I are pleased to be able to offer you guys an updated Pre-GOH R46 with the P-Wire control console operating in "Regulated Mode". As opposed to the traditional manual control with switching, series, and parallel notches, regulated mode has specific speeds set on the throttle, and advancing the controller forward to a specific notch will cause the train to accelerate to the desired speed on the notch.

In this video, I run the train on the A line from Euclid Avenue to Mott Avenue - Far Rockaway. Enjoy, and stay tuned for an updated R44 Pre-GOH with the P-Wire regulated operating mode =)

As promised, here is the R44 Pre-GOH with the P-Wire cab and Regulated Operating Mode by Harry Daley-Young and I. As opposed to the traditional manual control with switching, series, and parallel notches, regulated mode has specific speeds set on the throttle, and advancing the controller forward to a specific notch will cause the train to accelerate to the desired speed on the notch.

In this video, I run the train on the A line from Howard Beach -JFK to Broad Channel. Enjoy =)
