My Download Keeps Getting Removed

Hello. If you all have checked the downloads section on I'd say around the 12, you would have seen my Amtrak equipment train. I uploaded it the first time, and it got removed for some reason. Then, I uploaded it again, and it still got removed. I need to know why.
